Some "do"s and "don't"s about our online workouts

2020 was the year for online workouts...

...and here is some general information. 
- Please arrive at the zoom meeting 10 to 5 minutes before the scheduled time. A waiting room will be available.
- Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and sweat in. Make sure you're environment is clear of any obstructions, breakables and trip hazards (if you're using a mat, be mindful of this too). Make sure you are exercising in a well ventilated area. You need the space approximately the size of a mat but 3m x 3m is ideal. 
- Keep a non-breakable and no-spill receptacle of water nearby and a towel.
- I strongly recommend that you keep your camera on during live sessions. It's good to connect and it's also good to see how you're doing.
- All studioo sessions are music free. So feel free to turn up the volume at your end (but mute yourself in zoom). If you want a suggestion here's my personal playlist. :)
